Disaster risk assessment is an obligation under the “Službeni Glasnik RS” no. 87/2018  Law on Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Management. The drafting of the Disaster Risk Assessment Act identifies the type, the kind and origin of individual disasters, determines the degree of vulnerability, the factors that cause or increase the degree of danger, the consequences that can occur to human life and health, the environment, material and cultural assets, performing public services and economic activities.
